Commercial Insurance / Business Insurance

For small to mid size businesses there is a package policy that combines property and liability insurance into one policy called Business Owners Package policy.  There area a variety of very good coverages included in this policy. Additional specialty coverages can be added.

For larger companies there are four general commercial insurance coverages to select from. Typical coverages are:

RESTAURANT INSURANCE
Building and Personal Property Insurance
Commercial General Liability Insurance
Business Auto Insurance
Workers’ Comp Insurance for employees

In addition to these basic coverages each unique business requires specific insurance Endorsements to protect them from the risks that they are usually exposed to. Endorsements are additional coverages, which are added to your policy to protect you from particular risks. Each business will have insurance Endorsements that respond to the actual needs of the business, like a Liquor License Liability Endorsement for a restaurant.  Selecting the correct Endorsements to your business is key to having the right kind of protection.

At no cost I will be happy to review of your insurance policies to be sure you are protected with the most applicable coverages at the lowest premiums.
